Day Coordination – For DIY clients that has the time to plan all aspects of the event, but still needs the day to go smoothly as planned, in order to have a stress-free day for client and family members. We step in two to four weeks before the event to take over venue and vendor management
Our planning services are generally not limited to the following – Consultations, Budget Allocation and Management, Venue Selection, Theme design, Vendor selection and management, Contact and Contract management, Vendors meeting coordination, 2D and 3D generation of Floor plan, Venue setup and clean-up supervision**
