JOB SUMMARY

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of innovative financial products that meet the needs of the customers and achieve business objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Define and execute the product strategy for fintech products, aligning with overall business objectives. 

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery. 

  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, considering business value, user, and technical feasibility. 

  • Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve product features, ensuring a user-centric approach. 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and ensure compliance within the fintech space. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration and driving mutually beneficial outcomes. 

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance. 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the fintech landscape. 

  • Lead product launches and contribute to go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in fintech product management, demonstrating successful product launches and improvement
  • Strong understanding of financial technologies, payment systems, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, fostering a positive and innovative team culture.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions and measure product success.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Problem-solving orientation with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
