Job vacancy Operations Manager

We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our client’s company’s operations.

• Manage all activities related to water production
• Work daily closely with, personnel to plan and adhere to achieve set targets of finished goods
• Plan factory labor hour schedules and cycles
• Direct and resolve all production and maintenance problems at minimum cost and prevent operational delays and loss
• Provide input to the development of water strategy
• Ensure adherence & compliance with internal and external water production regulation
• Prepare daily/monthly production reports, downtime, output, and waste records
• Understands essential water production and ensures strict compliance with established quality
• Any other duty as assigned by management

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience in budgeting and forecastingFamiliarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Business, Operations Management, or any related field
