Carrying out weekly assessment of students, while also having an hour for teacher-students interaction for what has been learnt so far.

Ensuring the raw materials to be processed are in good condition and up to the company set standard also measuring the quantity to be used for production.
Ensuring the process of brewery preparation is up to the set standard by company while also participating in the preparation and brewing of beverages.
Carrying out various quality control tests on the product before been dispatched to packaging line for delivery.
