• Request vs. Dispatched (DC)
• Tracking exception report as per goods dispatched to other outlets from PHWH and reconciliation of exception dispatched goods.
• Compilation of daily warehouse transaction operations update
• Managing of expirable goods/ Monitoring FIFO process and implementation.
• Procurement Transactions and CSS Update, Google mail, Outlook mail.
• Orion, Microsoft Dynamics (AX) and Sigma Software manipulation for warehouse
Modules and stock management.
• Training and sensitization of new intake into Artee Group on Orion Software application, utilization on the available applications and how it works.
• And other system related activities.
