Poor customer service
I tried about two different phone lines here in Nigeria but both were not working which is very bad. The customer service is poor. I mean how do we reach you to make enquiries if not via the telephone first. Please I'll like the appropriate quarters to do something about it.

Exactly, the lines are the same and not going through. You now wonder how you can make inquiries before sending packages? They should go get functional lines to make business easy and prosper for them.
