Lantern Books, est. 1969, is Nigeria’s leading Children’s book publisher. Its imprint “Lantern books” is now a household name in Nigeria and West Africa. The company’s head office is situated in Lagos, Nigeria with ten (10) depots across the country and a West African office in Accra, Ghana.

Our textbooks are written in line with the curriculum as stipulated by the NERDC and as such, approved by the government to be used in Nigerian schools. Lantern Comics are educative, colourful and very entertaining cartoons churned out to further boost the reading culture of the African child and make reading less of a boring activity. We also have educative and interesting books for advanced readers. The books in this category are for ages 17 and above and mainly for advanced secondary school level, tertiary institutions, self-development, and leisure.
