We advise food businesses, exporters, government, health departments and food service organisations on nutrition, quality assurance, product development and agro-processing, risk analysis, CODEX, EU and national food standards, certification and food systems research.

We are a registered level 1-3 Food Safety and HACCP training centre for the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance, UK. We offer the following courses:
