Very unprofessional staff
Renmoney staff giving different loan balance. Its so sad that the members of the organization lacks credibility. I got 3 different loan balance from 3 different people with email proof. It's so sad, I won't recommend Renmoney to anybody.

Terrible experience
I've been banking with renmoney for more than 2 years without a problem. Despite their higher interest rate as compared to others I continued to borrow from them because of the ease. Notwithstanding my long interaction with them, I had a problem for just one month and I called them to explain even before the date for repayment. The agent that responded sounded nice and understanding, but then they unleashed a mob of staff on me, threatening all forms of actions including involving my employer. I struggled to pay up but was still double-billed the following month. On making a complaint, I had to wait for 3 days before getting my money back with another 2k taken off it. It was a terrible experience. Can't wait to clear the current loan.

IF THIS I THE CASE,COLLECTING OF LOAN WILL BE DIFFICULT.PLEASE RENMONEY,THERE IS NEED FOR YOU TO REVIEW YOUR INTEREST RATE BECAUSE IT TOO HIGH COMPARE TO OTHERS.HOW CAN SOMEONE COLLECT 150K AND PAY ALMOST 92K OF INTEREST?

seriously, this is really crazy, borrowing 150k and u are collecting 94.800Naira as interest,,,, you put up all form of treat on me,, u promised to write a negative report on me to the CBN, to notify all financial institutions bcos i did not pay in due date.. Do u guys think at all,i had to look for another means of paying the loan as salary was not forthcoming, not an excuse though, pls, be flexible in your interest.....
