I am the packaging development planner. Am here to help you plan by providing details of the information you need for your packaging decisions to be made. My attention for now will be on the carton and foil industries for a start.

I have experience from leading packaging companies in Nigeria, and my experience span from setting up plant in both carton and foil industries, to plant management, to material handling etc, a total packaging resource person.
Presently this area of industry is fresh and yet to be tapped into and therefore an investment in this area is a worthwhile investment. I would say that just about 30 percent has been tapped into as of now.

customer living in Ghana, ordering cartons from Nigeria. There is need for these plants to be sited closer to the regions where the manufacturing companies are located. This has led some private companies to open up packaging plants to satisfy their personal in-house needs.
There is going to be a fast growth in this area as more and more states are being industrialized in Nigeria. There is need for closer location of the packaging plant to your customers to reduce your transport cost and to make the business more competitive.

There are many areas to invest in this industry, like the carton production, trade on packaging materials, waste paper trade and the recycling plant management systems. All are profitable areas of investment.
