Worst travelling experience
Travelling with this company isas the greatest mistake of my life. Rude driver, late departure, poor customer service. The worst of it all I paid for an air-conditioned bus, only for the rude driver to tell us that the company didn't make provision for AC fuel. Yet to get to my destination but everyone in the bus is so dusty and dirty. The driver's name is KC bus number PMT 1564 LAGOS TO ABUJA

The worst transport company in Nigeria is Peace MAss Transit. There's poor organisation and inefficiency. They never keep to time and are not customer centric. They are all rude. The worst mistake anyone could make is to patronize them. They don't deserve even a star.

Their workers don't have good manners at all.. very rude. I just got myself embarrassed this morning.. especially the one at ajegunle achakpo.. A driver named captian.. doesn't deserve to work there.. people like this tarnish companies image.. very disappointed

Bad and wack services
Peace mass drivers are rude and hostile. They don't care about their customers. I'm imagine the driver leaves his passagers for hours without communication and letting us know the car is spoilt. Talk to him and he ignores you. The company itself is disorganized. They discomfort passagers with their own commission load. They leave their parks very late knowing they have a long way to go and also travel with bad buses
