How do i know if my battery is fully charge

I just installed a 1.5kva inverter with 2 100ah batteries. After the installation, it has been beeping and I could not find where/how to stop the alarm.

I bought famicare 5.5kva 24v inverter and want to use it to power my 1.5hp inverter air conditioner; how many battery of 200ah will I use ?
