COMPANY HISTORY

The company name is rimovu crew and environment co and was registered by the company and allied matters decree of 1990 on the 23rd of october1997 with a certificate number PH/036176.

Rimovu crew and environment co started its operations in early 1993 with it name as king rist home video and the major business activity of the company then was supply, sales and rental of video tapes, to rigs and company staff/guest houses until October 1997.

The company extended it services to

• corrosion prevention/control services
• HSE consulting services
• rig site manpower support
• constructions of common facilities

Rimovu crew is support by an experienced staffs drawn from the major drilling and Services Company highly motivated and applied engineers, environmentalist, safety consultants, facility management/managers, riggers.
And seasoned drilling crew services for the provision of a wide range of industrial environmental sanitation/maintenance,

to handle in the most appropriate manner all services provided by our client with zero defect and delivery quality services in accordance with client own specifications and on time.







OBJECT OF THE COMPANY

1. INDUSTRIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION/MAINTENANCE (IES).
This section is made up of the following services.
