Worst experience with this apartment (should give it no star for rating)
Poor management and services. If not to mention it WORST. Once you live here, your life standard will be downgraded to an inhumane condition. Though it is located in a prime area of Maitama, the condition of its building is old and very poor. It has serious problems with plumbing and water system. Tenants are everyday bothered and must deal with an issue of 'NO WATER' and sometimes no electricity. Even worst than this is that the management is ignorant to any complaint so that he prefers to leave tenants on their own faith with all of their difficulties and troubles. The only option to make if you still want to rent this apartment is that you will have to be prepared to live WITHOUT WATER during your stay.
