Reviews of DHL - Enugu

Scammers, that will collect money and tell you to wait for bus, especially Enugu ogui terminal,had my worst experience today,I usually use this transport service but people will always complain they are bad and I continually defend them until they told me bus is remaining only 2 persons,all of a sudden I want to enter and passengers were like am here,am here,I ask then where am,those scammers said I should enter another bus na,I lost a business meeting that day. Wicked people

The front desk officers have zero manner of approach to customers. They are very sluggish and so biased. They look at faces to attend first while they neglect some other people who came earlier. No courtesy whatsoever. DHL needs to do something about this, I stayed in the office for over 3hrs while some other people didn't stay up to 30mins. I had to shout at them and acted like I was gonna call the manager before they acted accordingly. I don't recommend there services and I don't think I would use them ever again
