Poor service
The phone lines are either not available or off, I cant track my parcel, jeep getting a Delay alert for the past 5days. I was directed to a website link that was not available.

UPS cannot be reached by phone. They have no call waiting facility. They just leave your goods like that till you go to their office. Not cool at all. I have not enjoyed them. And I have used them at least thrice.
