Reviews of DHL OFFICE- DHL Tracking, Express - Abuja

Parcel sent from Abuja, it's been over 7days and I am yet to receive my parcel. I have been calling their office, but was told my parcel was yet to arrive Akure, but tentatively that evening or the next day, that I should come to their office for pick up, imagine for a service that cost almost 9k for 0.5kg parcel from Abuja to Akure, but their tracking system keeps showing Ibadan. This was 3:14pm, 3hours later at 6:18pm the same person called, that I should be aware he is at my street, I told him I stepped out since it was already getting dark, I didn't receive any notification. He start yelling and saying I am supposed to be in my house, that if I call him again he wouldn't pick up etc. I asked him to give me his location so I can drive down but he dropped the call on me and never picked up his phone calls afterwards. This is not the first time, they probably don't hire the right workers...I am so pissed at their services

Am suppose to receive parcel that has been dispatched since may 1st 2020 from mimi hairs
And till now I have not even receive tracking number from you people.....this is not just fair and professional

I have been expecting a percel transcript to be precise this is one week today just within Abuja but up till now I have not received tracking code.I'm not please with DHL this is not an international transaction and is taking DHL this number of day to be prompt.it is my transcript from National Open university to national Assembly clinic area 11 ikot ekpene close it is needed urgently.

I paid in 7k yo the account for my parcel to be delivered. The parcel never came and I tried calling the number but my numbwr was already blocked

I have use their services for mailing my company letters, the reception is great, staff have an inviting smile although my boss is mad with me for not having their telephone number for future usage.
