The sender sent from Italy in d 29th i tracked it down to Lagos Nigeria now they asking me to pay ******** for just a phone ND no appratus .
Pls she paid all expenses and they are to bring it to my house I will need my goods delivered on d due date 3rd

Paid for express delivery for an order from Australia. Ordered on the 1st arrived in Lagos in the 4th and it's been labelled "Out for Delivery. With delivery courier" For 5 days". It's taking longer to get it off the delivery truck then getting it from Australia??? I've been waiting by the phone and availing myself to my house in order to receive the package. Called and the representative lied saying that they attempted to deliver but I wasn't home. When I called her out on it she agreed it wasn't true but that in fact their delivery van had vehicular troubles! Really? Lied? What did I pay for? Promised to deliver that very evening. Rushed home to receive the package and nothing. Another day lost and disappointing customers!!!! This is a disgrace and your head quarters will be informed. Your operations and reps give DHL a bad name and they should consider either shutting down or reassessing the staff here in Lagos. This is a disgrace!

a shipment was sent from this office and i was refused a tracking number , i asked on several occasions and was told that getting the package was more important than getting the tracking number..

So you really have to do this immediately. You contact your Source with this fee so they will get these certificates for us and forward them to us so our agent that is delivering this card will proceed to get it deliver to you. We don't need much delay in this regard.
