The company was incorporated in late 1992 by a team of experienced and versatile Computer Hardware and Software Engineers who had worked for various United Nations’ Organizations, Manufacturing companies, Educational institutes, World Bank Projects, Financial Institutions, Oil companies and a host of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs).
