No booking
Big joe park in epkoma doesn't allow bookings which is very bad making customers not been able to meet up with schedules and booked appointments
Going there to only discover that the boss is filled up which means no one can pay for transportation
Lossing what ever he or she had to do for that day canceling booked appointments its so annoying and not okay please let this be handled

Terrible service
Spent 24hours for a journey from Benin to Kano, yet still in Abuja till the next day. The bus (vehicle no: 803) is not in any way near a good condition. The driver's attitude is just terrible. Very bad customer service!!

i was insulted and embarrassed by your driver today vehicle number 639 boarding from abuja to benin.i told my self i will not petronise the company again after 15yrs of good service delivery.i employ the management to emback on human capacity development and tranning to stay at the top in this industry.Thanks.
