FAITH MOTORS - Benin City

First off, you can't even reach them with the stupid several contacts they put online.
Stupid buses with overcrowding.
Rude,illiterate, bad attitude, dirty character drivers
The most stupid transport company ever, road side buses are even better

I’ve seen/heard a lot of bad reviews from passenger about faith motors but I ignorantly still travel with them. The drivers are not just rude, they are also wicked and inconsiderate including the fact that they discomfort their passengers (who paid for their comfort) with overload all in the name of waybill. Sometime ago I travelled with them from Benin to Owerri nd was suppose to continue my journey to ph. When we got to warehouse in owerri, there was a go slow that kept us at a spot for almost an hour; I pleaded with the driver to open the door for me so I can go down and continue my journey to ph. This driver reluctantly refuse insisting I must follow them to the pack because they don’t stop on d road(meanwhile there was a long holdup). I had to follow them down to d pack and still struggled wit my load back to the hold up dat stayed 4 Anoda 30mins b4 I could get to control, I was so angry dat I decided not to ever travel wit dem again. Bt today I found myself back in their motor again traveling frm benin to Onitsha and I regret ever doing dat. Today’s driver wasn’t jux rude but wicked as usual. I’m sitted at d back struggling to survive wit the loads dey used to discomfort me Bt d driver has been waving d car and hitting d car on bombs and port holes on purpose, We Hve been complaining Bt he refused to talk to anybody. Right now I’m having a car sickness(I’m having a serious headache Nd feel like vomiting). Now tell me y I should travel wit this company again.
My advise to u d management, do something abt ur drivers or U loose ur passengers, as for me I will never make the mistake of traveling with Faith motors again. NEVER!!

The vehicles are always faulty on the way, please try to fix the buses you are to use. Wasting passengers' time, trying to fix buses along the journey is bad, please.

Worst company I have ever see, just from Benin to onitcha they are wasting my time. The stupid driver will be buying 1000 fuel in every filling station.

Faith motors used to be the best and most talked after. Now they are the worst, most useless, very dirty and rowdy, disorganized, crowded, rude and dishonest transport company in the whole of Africa. One time they loaded 5 adults at the back seat from Benin to uyo! Imagine the 7/8 hours ride with utmost discomfort. Nobody could move or even do anything. All their staff be acting like thy are doing u a favour. I’m pretty sure one day this brand will be no more if they continue like this. The company needs complete restructuring, rebranding and entire change of staff and trainings for the new ones. I’d rather trek to my destination than go by faith motors again!

I was very disappointed after waiting for close to three hours in the park for the vehicle that would convey me to makurdi. The manner with which they responded to me when I tried to express my disapproval of the type of vehicle they wanted me to enter was out of it. I didn't enjoy my journey from makurdi to Benin with faith motors and they wanted me to suffer the same fate while going back. I had to collect my money back and look for alternative.

The manager of faith motor Benin is a scammer, i came to Faith motor Benin on 29th December morning and I was charged costly including my little load but to my greatest surprise the bus was another bus loading people in the faith park, it was not faith motor, the bus dropped us after head bridge Onitsha, it was a complete scam, I will take you guys to court and you will pay for my damage, I left those buses loading along the road and was still scammed in the faith motor park, my load was damaged because I had to reach upper Iweka with wheel barrow, it was the worst journey, faith motor should stop bringing in another bus to load in their park when non of their buses is available, it's a fraudulent act and a criminal offense.

I was traveling to Benin for the first time and wanted to use GIG but they said they don't go to Benin from Enugu and then they told me about Faith Motor. I went to their pack and was shocked at their manners. The driver was so rude and mean. He was acting as if he paid for my ticket. Then i requested for my little luggage to be put in the car trunk because the passenger's seat was too tight and my little luggage couldn't fit in anywhere. My legs couldn't even move, to show u how tight it was. Then the man rudely said i should pay 1,500 for my bag to be put in the car trunk or i travel without my bag. I was shocked ???? like seriously did he just say that to me? For ticket wey i use my hard earned money pay for? Baba come dey act like say na him pay for m trip o. Like say he is doing me a big favor.imagine!! Las las na 500 him collect from me. As we were driving i told him the name of the place where i wanted to stop and he rudely replied me as usual that he can't talk because he is driving. About 30mins later his phone rang and he answered the call. I told him Oga shey u say you dey drive and u no fit talk. Oga you're just a bitter soul. You have so much bitterness in you. Why ur body dey pepper you like say na the passengers wey u carry cause ham? Take your frustrations out on people or whomever caused it and not to use the innocent passengers wey no do you anything. Must you always be rude to us at any given time? No be only me sef him dey show that attitude to. About 5 more passengers complained too. They said that is how Faith Motors drivers behave. So i am writing this for the manger or whomever that is in charge to correct this attitude of the drivers. Better still employ younger drivers instead of those old men whose mental health needs to be checked. It is a bad name to your Company that your drivers are so rude. Everybody complains about it.

No social distancing as a result of overloading.

Faith Motor drivers are the worst. I was supposed to collect a package from the driver and he started insulting me when I called him on phone and told him I was already close to the bus. He ended the call on me and I watched him drove away

Bad management...drivers all standing and insulting passengers. Empty buses all over but non loading asaba/onitsha. Drivers veey rude and insulting. One short lady insulting everybody.
