Insecurity
Delta line is the worst transport company to travel to Abuja or Kaduna, how can a passenger come to ask a question about how passengers are left to complete the car, only for dem to lie to you that 4 people has already booked with ur clear mind you decided to pay down, only to get there the next day no passenger keeping you there till 9:00am and now going to pick passengers from Benin wasting another 2hrs and we know right now night journey isn’t safe is just God saving us.

Delta line PTI Road is not trusted , secondly not all cars with delta line write up are from their park. Delta line lie a lot especially those booking the tickets, they are just after the money.

Humiliation by deltaline staff
I’m going to sue delta line for assault. I was slapped by delta line staff in Warri pti because I was having an argument with the manager. Justices must be served

WICKED DRIVER
This is my second time to travel with delta line from Benin city, Edo State. This driver is wicked and rude.
I paid 9,000 from Benin to Abuja, yet, this driver refused to put on the car A.C.
I asked him about it and he was asking me whether I paid for A.C.

First, we didn't write manifesto, they didn't give us, we went to get it, they asked us to go back to our vehicles that they'd bring it which they never did.

We were in holdup for about three hours, this man didn't turn the AC with all the dirty smells on the road. One of our passenger dropped off to help clear the road for us to pass, by the time we successfully passed the hold up, we were looking for the man (co-passenger).

And the driver impatiently wanted to leave him behind, we had to persuade him to wait for him. He couldn't reach him(the passenger) because there was no manifesto to copy his(the passenger) details from.
He wasted our time there, even when he managed to get the passenger's number, he refused to call him, we had to call him (the passenger) with our phones including mine. His music was too loud, you caution him, he'd tell you he's not playing it for you.
The white shirt I wore turned red because of dust and all that.

Tell me, which driver in his right senses does that?
After wasting our time at the park already, we still had to go through all of that.

There are other parks there, the likes of FAITH MOTORS, AFEMAI and co.

They offer cheaper rates to Abuja. If I didn't want the AC, I'd have gone to those parks. You can now imagine your driver asking me whether I paid for AC.

You talk to him, he ignores you.
I won't be wrong to see him as a tout because of his attitude.

My boss had to go back to Abuja today, after he couldn't book a flight, he went to gigmotors but they didn't have any more seats left; He turned to BJmotors, but I told him and his two brothers that Delta line is very good, because the first time I traveled with them, the bus was okay. I convinced them and went there to book together plus my brother making us a total of 5 passengers.

My boss has been scolding me. He's suffering in here and everyone else.

I can't narrate everything. But the truth is, even I, will never patronize Delta line again at any cost talk more of referring them to anyone. After today's experience with delta line, I've given up on them.

You can imagine him squeezing 3 passengers at the back seat with a child making them 4, and still, he didn't put on the AC.

If you people have started recruiting Sienas and their drivers, I must say it's bad. I don't know how long you've been there in Benin and in this business, but trust me, you'll loose customers just like AFEMAI if you continue with such drivers.

Already today, you have lost 5.

Work on your customers' service, improve on everything. That's why people prefer to go to Gigmotors no matter how expensive they may be.

They're well organized, and good at what they do, their drivers can never display such attitude as your driver did today.

It's a Siena, the driver is an Igbo, I don't know his name.

I'll send the plate number.

Insight
Never been in the bus, but I know my people well. Living in slum houses but can never get their eyes off luxurious things. It's good to have a state transport service running along to meet the needs of other indigenes. People are outside the state and are aware of the internal state transport system across towns. Orderly and organized, but let's remember that it is amongst us. When you leave territory, other factors come to play and constraints like no money for fuel starts coming in. Because of the influence of foreigners and thugs off control. If this happens and the driver has to make ends meet because of his own end of the deal then there is need for pardon because some of us have not experienced that before. Thank you. Just let our name keep flying.

A rip off
I was charged N5000 for an AC bus from Lagos to Warri,, but the driver refused to turn it on. I feel cheated . He even picked passengers on the road, saying he wasn’t given fuel money from the park. Can I have a part payment back since I didn’t get the value for my money.

Your transport company is nonsense, passengers going to Jos from Warri with bus number 900 on 05.06.15 are treated without regards, imagine d driver picking up passengers on d way like town service vehicle thereby endangering the lives and wasting d time of passenger who entered from d pack. This attitude you will not see in Aghofure drivers bcos they are cautioned.
