Driver was insulting & never delivered my package
This driver left Jos around 7:00am and up till 9:00pm didn't deliver. He was told to give me my package at Nyanya, got to Jabi at 9:00pm & was telling me to come over on top of which he was insulting me. He said his car broke down, no wahala. Keep me posted. I had to keep calling. I paid for a service and your driver is insulting me? Where do you get your workers? Have small respect for your fellow human! I didn't beg you oh, I paid for a service and got insult instead.
The driver's phone number: ********
Truecaller showed his name as "Ambrose"

Delay of package
God will dearly punish plateau riders, I have been waiting to receive a package for the past four days and they are just carrying my stuff all over Nigeria. Not that I did not pay for it o, I paid for it and they are just turning me, its not fair. If it continues this way, your business will crash and will not be able to find its ground till they change their ways...

Bad disappointing service
Plateau riders Jos has very bad customer service. My friend and I arrived at 2:10pm, carrying a bag each. we were the first to register for the next car. By the time other passengers came carrying extra luggages, the men now insisted we must pay for our luggages. When we told them we had no money, they, loaded people who came after us and left our loads on the ground. 4:11pm, at the time of writing this review, we are still waiting at the park. They ended up travelling with an open boot with the passengers who had extra luggages.

Plateau Riders Transport service has very poor customer service, lacks discipline and hierarchy. Imagine the boys loading passenger's luggage being obstinate when told to load a passenger's luggage by their superior from the transport service office, all because they want to be paid 2,500 to load 3 bags of clothes belonging to 2 passengers. To make matters worse, the passengers who booked a day before for their journey to Jalingo from Jos and we're given seat 1 and 2 were forced to joined the second bus. This is very shameful and a bad experience with Plateau Riders Transport Services at their Jos office. They need to learn better customer service, have discipline and a good structure in terms of reporting order; this would help passengers and the Plateau Riders.
