Reviews of Okeyson Transport- Okeyson Motors

It has been a week now since my goods left from Lagos to owerri and as I write this review they can't even give a coherent answer to were the driver is with my goods. This company is just a ????.. so sad the person who sent my goods did no check up on how they operate.

Imagine morning second bus leaving Enugu only for the bus to get spoilt at Oji River still in Enugu at 1:30pm nd stop at Asaba for only God knows what till 4:30pm. At 11pm they are still at Ore, Ondo state with a bad vehicle.

This is too bad. If this company continues like this no one in his right mind would board your vehicle for Christmas and New Year Holiday.

I used okeyson twice in 2006 and 2010 and their services were okay at both instances. However, I called all the customer service numbers severally at 10 am this morning to enquire where I could drop a parcel going to Awgu but only one number rang just once and was switched off.

Bad as it was, I couldn't judge them on that as they might have had a genuine problem that they would be trying to sort out.

Okeyson motors delivery service is nothing to write home about, it's disgraceful!!!! Clothes were waybilled for me from Lagos to Nsukka on a Thursday morning with first bus and they said they will be coming to Nsukka direct. Thursday passed, Friday passed and on Saturday, they told me the clothes are still in Onitsha, that they are looking for a driver that will deliver it to Nsukka!!!!!! This is how I lost my money and cloth!!!!!! This is shameful!!!!!

I was asked to pay 500 to collect my waybill after paying for deliver fee ....they insisted i pay and siezed my goods ..they were all drinking and smoking in the early hours of 10am ...what a useless way to start their day ....

I have given this company two trials but they failed. You people don't move on time making it impossible to reach Enugu very late. I can never board Okeyson again from Lagos to enugu. Alaba international market park, very poor service there. Thanks

Don’t bother giving this company a trial. Two their bus two days to get to Abi’s-state from Lagos.Reason!!! The bus was picking passengers/load at every stop. .All passengers ended up passing the night at the park. Very painful,stressful and unfortunate experience and they company and staffs don’t care.

A waybill was sent to me from Lagos to Awka through Okeyson Logistics, the truth is that I received it on time and I’m not happy after my sister have paid for the waybill and when I get to the okeyson park at unizik junction inside that Filling station , I was asked to pay #500h before I will be able to collect my parcel.

First time boarding your bus from Port Harcourt( Waterline) to Lagos, was hoping to get the service I paid for, but to my utmost surprise, after payment, the staff just choose to sit, and watch passenger pass them. I have been in the bus since 6:47am and now it's 10:20am and we are yet to move... This is a real lesson to me.

how would i be waiting for a bus from 5:30am till 10am and still no bus in view. No refund, nothing at all. If you people cannot handle transport services,please close down....

My sister sent way bill from your Alaba office on Friday evening . they told her the goods will leave on Saturday morning. From Saturday till this morning , Tuesday I have visited Okeson Office at Unizik junction for good eight times spending money on transport just to pick a way bill. Up till now I am yet to get my items. They said the drivers name is Emeka, vehicle no. 312.

Very very very poor service, the staffs are mannerless, no policy, they don't keep to time........

My Wife boarded your Bus from Ajah to Enugu 0n the 22nd october 2019 and it been one complain or the order 1st was about your Bus that it was smoking from the inside and they were choking then 2nd was about your driver who when she called i heard everyone shouting at him about his reckless driving and i could hear from the background his voice arguing and raining curses on his passenger.

I boarded a bus with Okeyson Motors at Iyana-Ipaja.I clearly stated my intention to the attendant there that I will like to go with an AC bus to umuahia,and she said all their busses are with AC.But to my greatest surprise when we left the park,I told the driver alongside other passengers to put on the AC and he boldly told us the AC was not working.
My allergy to heat was what made requested for a bus with AC,But I found out I was deceived.
Why is okeyson motors and its staffs putting people's life at risk?
