IZUCHUKWU TRANSPORT NIG. - Lagos

My goods was way billed from Ana to Lagos. On getting here the conductor by the name Christopher delayed me for over 4hours without giving me my goods saying I have to give him certain amount of money before giving me. I told him to atleast bring it before giving him but he refused. I went home without collecting it after 4 Hours.

How can a whole identified park, board or load buses using Onitsha touts???? How?? So i dropped from a bus at upper iweka onitsha with my friends, we were just about heading to this park I normally travel with and that was how i saw many touts standing in front of Izuchukwu park dragging my bag like they own it with me, asif that wasn't enough they were forcefully dragging me to enter the bus and threatening to steal my phones and everything i was with if i refuse. Like why??? I was so confused I didn't have a choice. This people spoilt my hand bag and my box, they destroyed everything. My friends and i had to pay cos we didn't have choice, everyone there was really bad and talk rudely to costumers even the drivers and those men that gives ticket. How will the company grow?? I promise never to use or advice anyone to use your transport again! It was terrible and I literally cried till i got to Lagos. Sincerely it happened to everyone that walked passed there, once they notice you are traveling to Lagos they do everything just to get you use the bus, in the process they take your phone without you even knowing. You don't drag and threaten costumers using Onitsha tout and expect to see them person next time. I hope it ends and i believe Izuchukwu Motors Onitsha branch can actually do better!

It's been a family tradition to travel with izu motors but right now I think we're having a second thought on it. But I'd give you a 4 star still cause they're humanitarians

I sent an item through your driver since Tuesday,up till now the item have not been received by the owner.am so disappointed.

Sent training materials from Lagos to Enugu. Little did I know that Izuchukwu has no park in Enugu. I was cajoled that my items will get to Enugu the same day I sent them. For more than 24 hours I was calling the driver but he kept shouting at me for disturbing him. Couldn't use the training materials for the training that day. Please run from Izuchukwu transport Nigeria. They are fraud

Terrible. After lieing those touts that call themselves izuchukwu staffs maltreated us. Left Onitsha by 4 and the old rubbish bus spoiLtd at Benin. I had a parcel sent through Izuchukwu motors from Lagos to Aba and for over one week, I had not received it. It turned out that the man in Lagos kept on telling me lies upon lies even to the point of telling me that my goods were in Aba when they were not. I got to the park and was told nothing was there. Called the man in Lagos and he told me he was confused... Till now I haven't got the goods. Please users beware!!!
