Poor service
I was at your Aminu Kano Crescent office this morning to buy a SIM card which I did. The lady staff, not having the requisite change for me promised to credit my SIM by 1600 hours with the amount. I am yet to receive the credit as at the time, 2049 hours, of submitting this review. Could the lady's action be fleecing?
