I registered a business named TECHBEST SOLUTIONS. I paid a registration fee of N10,000 on 22/08/2019 but I did not receive any response. I had to pay another N******** on 03/09/2019 after which I was able to upload my documents on the CAC portal. I later received an email which says that my business is approved and my registration number is ********.
I went to Ado-Ekiti Office of CAC to pick my certificate in March 2020 but I was surprised when they told me that the certificate is not with them and is not available.
I logged in to CAC portal recently and discovered that my business address is queried and my registration is pending. I have updated the address and I am pleading that CAC should look into my case and release my business certificate.Thank you. Regards.

CAC POOR SERVICES
I want register my displeasure over the attitudes of CAC staffs particularly Abuja branch. Government came with a lot of initiatives towards ease of doing business in Nigeria but staffs are always frustrating customers by not picking people call each time they're call.Iam disappointed in all of you.

Poor Service by CAC
All numbers listed on the organization web as contact are not working. We are processing a corporation and the documents have been uploaded for almost 2 weeks now but no response whatsoever from any staff. Do this organization have any supervisor or boss that look into what the employees are doing at all. Do you ever read the review written by your customers. The service from all of you from Top to Bottom is very poor. This country will hardly move forward with this type of attitude to work. Shame on everybody working at CAC.

Contact number switch off
i submitted my name for reservation about 4 working days ago and they promise to attend to all submission during working hours but i have not heard from them and their contact numbers are all switch off. what a country that is going into recession and the engine to make money are being handy by lazy Nigerians...
