Phcn should provide power so people can remain indoors and entertain themselves. Instead of making people spend money they need to feed their families just to stay indoors for petrol, I stay in the diobu a six of port Harcourt mile 2 to be precise we r under curfew but u can't keep people here indoors without power the weather is hot u don't expect people to stay in d heat no definitely they will come out before u know it lots of people r outside therefore spreading the virus. The governor is doing the right thing with the wrong measures. Provide power so we can save money for food.
