Description:The vineyards from which this wine is processed are over 5 decades, which confers character to the wine together with a fleshiness and an almost tactile structure. A wine made from over-ripe grapes and sun-dried. Fermented at low temperature to retain the original characteristics of the fruit, left to mature in oak barrels for 3 months
Tasting Notes
Colour: Opaque Purple Red
Nose: A development of good touches of wild, extremely ripe fruits, with touches of spices and sweetness
Taste: It shows a good harmony. Tasty, kind, persistent and with an adequate tannin, which counteracts the sweetness, which is not excessive.
Serving Temperature: 6 to 7 degrees celsius
