About the product
We help business owners and leaders in their organizations bridge the knowledge gap by coaching them on business management skills. The program lasts for a minimum of 4 weeks and during this time, we focus on helping our clients develop strategic direction and open them up to new perspectives and strategies to help grow their businesses.
Each meeting ends with a set of tasks or assignments to deepen the participant's understanding of her/his strength and learn more about running a successful business.
