Job vacancy Patrol Supervisor in Port Harcourt

You are required to conduct daily visits to assigned locations for the purpose of:
1. Verifying the attendance and punctuality of guards.
2. Ensuring proper adherence to uniform guidelines by the guards.
3. Inspecting record-keeping procedures.
4. Assessing the adequacy of security infrastructures, such as perimeter fencing.
5. Evaluating the condition of essential working materials like rain boots and umbrellas.
6. Reviewing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) governing operations at each location.
7. Documenting observations, addressing guards' welfare concerns, and reporting findings to the operations manager and ultimately to the general manager.
8. Arranging client meetings to solicit feedback on guard performance.
9. Conducting debriefing sessions with guards regarding their duties.
10. Documenting and reporting incidents requiring disciplinary action.
11. Investigating and reporting incident cases to the office, including obtaining statements and incident details.
12. Ensuring the timely preparation and submission of the Terminal Roll to the accountant by the 25th of each month.
