a. Planned and coordinated implementation of all human resource management.
b. Design, review, apply and maintain human resource management policies:
c. Recruitment and selection;
d. Induction/orientation of new staff;
e. Job Placement and Rotation;
f. Promotion;
g. Remuneration;
h. Reward and Recognition;
i. Preparation of monthly Nominal Roll,
j. Issuance of Circulars (public holidays, births, deaths), etc.
k. Performance Evaluation and Management (develop, implement and update performance management systems).
l. Staff Disciplinary matters
m. Coordinate staff welfare programs.
n. Industrial & Employee Relations.
o. Handle Immigration matters.
p. Supervision of HR Staff.
q. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Director of Administration

I started the Administration, Finance and Human Resources Departments of the Organization. It was a learning experience for me, working with local and international organizations, with people of different backgrounds and cultures. Working with one of the most respected former Head of State of Nigeria, was indeed a great privilege. I learned humility, neat work and meticulous ways of doing things.
