Most unreliable shipping service provider

I wonder why as Nigerians we never take our jobs seriously. Nipost staffs ask for money on delivery despite shipping cost has been covered by the sender. And when an international item is being tracked. On the tracking website it stops at arrival to Lagos. Which means there is no tracking in Nigeria which is so annoying. A package arrives in 3 days to Lagos but why is it taking forever to reach the reciever?
Nipost needs to work harder.

I totally agree with Chum chum,my items from Aliexpress arrived over a month now in Nigeria,I still can't access it.There is no phone number to reach the different Enugu offices for verification. Ogui Rd office said they have not recieved,where do I look exactly if there is no phone number and proper organisation.My customers want to eat me raw.This is so sad.Pls do something about this disorganization
