Reviews of SHOPRITE - Lagos

I visited the Shoprite at the Polo Park Mall in Enugu, Nigeria. It is the worst experience I have ever had in a Grocery Store. Nasty, Lazy, Staff and Managers, treating Customers with disrespect. The shop is scattered and untidy, Staff are lounging around chatting, watching aimlessly while Customer queue for long periods. After I stood and waited for almost 30 minutes to receive my order of 10 cartons of drinks, I had to leave, without the order and neither the Staff nor Managers could careless. While they have 21 counters, only 9 were open, with long lines of Customers and at least 7 Staff, standing around, making conversation. Each Manager I complained walked past, as if I were invisible. The store is the pits!
